Weekly Relfection #2
The second week brought us a lot more of the hands on stuff. We decided that it would be pertinent to begin detailing cars. We began by cleaning both of our cars. This process taught us alot about conservation of product. We understood that we wanted to do the best possible job with a minimal amount of product use. Chemicals are expensive so this lesson was crucial to keeping margins optimal. We applied the amount of chemical use to the spread sheet that we created. Then we began to do other cars. It was during these cars where we really nailed down the process that we did things in when detailing. It is super important to have a set order of things to do when on a job site to be as time efficient as possible. This is where we understood and applied the lesson of time is money.
